- Structure and complexity of the mechanism.
- Analysis of Supporting Documentation:
- Technical communication;
- Sequential assembly and disassembly plans;
- ETA Swisslab application.
- Preparation for Maintenance:
- Demagnetizing the movement before disassembly;
- Initial gear check, search for apparent defects;
- Dismantling the Double Calendar
- Disassembly of the chronograph, dial side.
- Disassembly of the Automatic Mechanism
- Disassembly of the chronograph, bridge side
- Disassembly of the Main Mechanism
- Correction of identified defects.
- General Cleaning of the Movement
- Assembly and Lubrication of the Base Movement
- Initial adjustment
- Chronograph Assembly and Lubrication, Bridges Side
- Automatic Transmission Assembly and Lubrication
- Chronograph settings:
- Adjusting the penetration of the chronograph clutch wheel;
- Tuning the Minute Counting Wheel Jumper;
- Tuning of the Passage and Jump of the Balador;

Trainees will receive a toolkit that includes all the specific tools needed to work with the 7750 movement, essential for this training.
