Bertrand Delvert leaves Swatch Group France to lead the group in the United States

Swatch Group formally announced this week that Bertrand Delvert is CEO of Swatch Group USA, based in Miami. He had led the group in France since 2019. The move was first reported in mid-September.
According to WatchPro, the post had been in transition since September 2025, when Arnaud Michon, former Omega USA brand president and the group's country manager, left to lead Messika in the Americas. The search for a new head took more than a year and ended with a choice from Paris rather than from the Miami headquarters.
Delvert has spent 26 years at Swatch Group. He spent 18 years at Tissot, where he rose to global senior vice-president of marketing and communications, before moving to France. According to WatchPro, he has been settling into the United States for two months. "A different country. A different market. Yet the same Swatch Group spirit," he wrote.
The United States is the group's largest market, and sales there grew 26% in the first six months of 2026. The Americas region had revenue of CHF 1.3 billion in 2025, up from CHF 1.2 billion the previous year.
