Longines presents the Ultra-Chron Carbon, a watch that combines innovation and precision, standing out as the brand's first model with a carbon case.
Inspired by the iconic 1968 Ultra-Chron Diver, this watch retains its distinctive cushioned shape and is powered by the exclusive high-frequency calibre L.836.6, which oscillates at 36,000 vibrations per hour (5 Hz).
This movement offers greater stability against shocks and changes in position, being up to 10 times more resistant to magnetic fields than the ISO 764 standard.
The 43 mm case is crafted from unidirectional carbon fibres combined with epoxy resin, moulded and subjected to high pressure and temperature, resulting in a unique design with random patterns. Weighing less than 80 grams including the strap, the watch is extremely light and durable, with water resistance up to 300 metres (30 bar).

The sandblasted anthracite dial features applied silver markers and blue Super-LumiNova® coated hands, protected by anti-reflective sapphire crystal.
Certified as a chronometer by the independent laboratory TIMELAB, the Ultra-Chron Carbon has undergone rigorous testing over 15 days to ensure accuracy in accordance with the ISO 3159 standard.

This model comes with a black fabric strap and titanium clasp, reinforcing the dark and contemporary tone of the piece.
